about Amanda

I am a consumer insight consultant with a background in trend analysis and strategic insight for companies including PSFK, WGSN, Clownfish, and Breaking Trends. I have consulted for a variety of well-known brands, broadcasters, and government initiatives, including Apple, BBC, Budweiser and Nokia, helping to inform and inspire a range of people from high-level decision-makers to marketing teams. I’m also sometimes asked to speak on consumer understanding and insight at events and conferences.

My background is in fashion textile design, and I spent 3 lovely years in Brighton, plus an amazing year working in Italy and New York. I am an avid explorer, and love going off on adventures, big and small. My last one took me to South America in 2008 – where I ended up helping Google Earth Outreach teach new technologies to indigenous tribes and NGOs in the Amazon!
